Alice of Spades continues the story of a kingdom on the brink of revolution. Alice, now the sole heir to the Spade throne, is the target of a group of religious zealots bent on twisting her to their cause. With only her lazy cat and the clothes on her back, Alice must flee her privileged life and embark on a journey where any turn could be her last.

Forced to work as a servant in a foreign land, Alice must use all her wits to stay alive whilst searching for an opportunity to escape the Club palace. Meanwhile, factions across the kingdom continue their plans for their bloody conquest. Can Alice figure a way out before invading forces descend upon the Club palace?

CHASE KANTOR is a writer/colour artist living in Edmonton, AB. Chase launched his debut graphic novel The Saga of the Jack of Spades in 2019 through Renegade Arts Entertainment. He has way too many cats. Please come take some cats.

Illustrated by

TIFFANY TATE is a queer illustrator and sequential artist from Edmonton, AB. Although primarily focused on illustrating all things cute, spooky, and magical for her shop and clients, Tiffany has enjoyed a varied freelance career of character design, branding, and production design. Her biggest inspiration comes from her cats, videogames, and D&D.

CHRISTOPHER PETERSON has been drawing and occasionally writing comics for the past 16 years. He has self-published off and on including anthologies, one-shots and limited series, one of which garnered a Shuster Award nomination. Recent works have been Manticore, the GRINDHOUSE series from Dark Horse Comics, MAYDAY from Black Mask, and BROKEN WORLD from Boom! Studios, plus various others from Image, BOOM, and Dark Horse.

Letterer:

LUCAS GATTONI is a comic book letterer with almost 20 years of experience as a graphic designer and typesetter. He’s lettered GLAAD nominee Liebestrasse and Killer Queens (Dark Horse) and the Spanish versions of Sonic and Locke & Key (IDW), as well as many indie projects worldwide. He lives in Argentina with his husband and their three unnamed goldfish (oops! Make that two now.)
